Step 1 – Sending Up Your Loved Ones Ashes or Hair
To start your Memorial Journey we need half a cup of your loved ones ashes, or a lock of hair. Half a cup of ashes or 5 grams of hair can create up to 3 carats of diamonds.
Sending Us Ashes
You have two options: we can send you a collection kit, and you return it with half a cup of ashes, or you can send us all the ashes, and we’ll return the remainder after extracting what we need for your diamond.
Funeral Directors and cremation centers can also separate the required amount of ashes for for us. Ashes or hair can be sent via USPS.
Step 2 – Carbon Purification & Diamond Growth Process
At our Houston Lab, technicians extract the carbon material from your loved ones cremated remains or hair, purify it and use it to grow your Memorial Diamond.
Small traces of chemicals and gases are added to create the desired color. No chemical or gases are added to our clear/ colorless memorial diamonds.
Growth Time
Growth time for memorial diamonds depends on their size. Smaller memorial diamonds can be created in about 90 days, while larger ones may take up to 8 months.
Step 3 – Memorial Diamond Polishing & Setting
After being transformed into a beautiful memorial diamond, you have the option of a free jewelry setting. All our diamonds are graded and certified.

All of our Memorial Diamonds are graded and certified inline with the highest international standards set by The Gemological Institute of America and International Gemological Institute.
Step 4 – Secure Delivery For Your Memorial Diamond
Upon completion of your beautiful memorial diamond, we’ll arrange a secure and fully insured delivery. You’ll be provided with tracking information, and a delivery confirmation signature will be required.

After receiving your memorial diamond, you have the opportunity to have it independently inspected. If you’re not completely satisfied with the carat, color, clarity, or cut, we’ll offer you a regrowth, or a full refund.
